We understand that life is full of unexpected events and here at Beyond Care, we do our best to accommodate to your needs.
These conditions shall be fulfilled to qualify for refunds/exchanges:
- Proof of purchase with invoice number and date clearly visible, either on physical copy or electronic copy.
- Product in brand new condition, unused and within original packaging.
- For refunds: Purchase made within 3 days (72 hours).
- For exchanges: Purchase made within 7 days (168 hours).
- Product must be sent back to our store here. Additional courier fees applied.
Beyond care reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges if a product does not meet all the relevant conditions above.
All refunds shall be subjected to a 5% processing fee. Courier fees charged previously are not refundable as the service has already been fulfilled.
Refunds will only be processed after we have inspected the physical product to make sure it has met the relevant conditions.
Refund is usually done via the respectively payment method the customer used during purchase. However, in any case that we are unable to do so, we will refund via a method mutually agreeable by customer.
NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS
Due to hygiene reasons, these products are deemed as non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- Medical Disposables
- Skincare Items (Creams, Gels, Lotions etc.)
- OTC Products
