Warranty Policy & FAQs

Standard Warranty T&C applies for all eligible products sold here at Beyond Care. The warranty coverage period varies according to manufacturers, suppliers and products. You may check the respective warranty coverage on each of the product's individual pages here at www.beyondcare.com.my.

Commonly applies to most home care & rehab products, damage caused by improper usage and normal wear & tear are not covered by the warranty. Wear & tear components that are not covered under warranty are as followings:

  • Seat upholstery and cushions
  • Armpads
  • Armrest locking knobs
  • Wheels & Tyres
  • Paintwork
  • Rust on metal parts
  • Carry Bags or Shopper Bags
  • Pocket Organisers
  • Padding of any kind
  • Seat or backrest padding
  • Brakes and brake parts

This list is not exhaustive and may include parts that are deemed as wear & tear. However, you may contact us directly here if you have any questions.


How to file a warranty claim?

We make it easy for you to file a claim, just contact us via Whatsapp here and we will take it from there.

Do you sell the parts that are not covered under warranty?

Yes, we do. Some rare parts may need to be ordered in from supplier and we do keep some common parts ready in our showroom. If you are from JB or nearby area, you may bring the equipment to our showroom and we will replace the new part(s) for you at a fee usually between RM10-30, on top of the price of the part(s) replaced.
