DISPATCH & DELIVERY POLICY

We will do our best to fulfil your orders as soon as we receive them and endeavour to have them picked up by our courier partners within 1-3 business day(s). In any case that it might take longer, we will also inform you in order for you to make any other arrangements.

Most orders are packed in our showroom and collected by 3rd-party courier partners as they are the most cost effective way to go for us right now.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

Kindly contact us immediately if you believe that you have received a wrong product. We will exchange the correct product and cover the shipping expenses at no cost at all to you.

The wrong item must be within original packaging and in brand new condition with original tags intact. Beyond Care reserves the right to reject refund/exchange for return if the item is not in its original condition.

DAMAGED BY COURIER

Kindly contact us immediately if you receive a damaged product. Do not discard any of the original packaging including airway bill, carton box, plastic wrap and the affected product as we will need them as evidence(s) to submit for damage claims to the 3rd-party courier partner. We will guide you on the steps to take when you contact us.

FAQs

How do I get free delivery on Beyond Care orders?

Purchases of total amount of RM300 and above to all eligible Peninsular Malaysia addresses will be entitled for free shipping.

How do I track my orders?

We will inform you via email about the tracking ID after your order has been fulfilled. It will usually take less than 1 working day. We will also get in touch with you if your order may take longer to fulfil due to any unforeseen circumstances.

How to change my delivery address or contact details after placing the order?

Please contact us as soon as possible via Whatsapp +6011-11227831 to change the shipping details. We will do our best to change the details for you if the parcel has not left our premise, at no charge. However, if your parcel has been collected by third party courier, we will contact the courier on your behalf and an additional fee may be incurred.

I need an item urgently, what can I do?

Please contact us via Whatsapp +6011-11227831 before placing your order to request for express delivery service and we will do our best to attend to your needs.

Alternatively, you may also arrange for self pickup option at our showroom using your own transport and arrangements. Customer is required to check the condition of the product before collection as we will not be responsible for any damage(s) occurred during transit after collection.
